Attendance & Class Size

  • Classes with less than 4 students registered within 12 hours before class time are subject to cancellation.

  • If we do not have 4 students to run a class, students will be given the options for their registration:

    • Private Lesson - If there is only one student registering and they still wish to take class, the class will be charged as a private lesson. See pricing HERE.

    • Semi-Private Lesson - If two students are registered and they both still wish to take the class, the cost of a private lesson will be split between the two students.

    • “Double Punch” - if only three students are registered, everyone’s class card will be punched twice.

Additional Policies

  • SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS:

    • If a teacher is unable to instruct class, another HeART instructor will sub for them. If the substitution is last minute, there may be no prior notification.
