Come find joy through moving with your "shadow!” Mommy and me, daddy and me, grandma/grandpa and me? These classes are perfect for the grownup and child team that want to have some fun with movement and music in a safe and nurturing environment.

Come join this fun class for toddlers and preschoolers that would be better suited to having a parent or guardian participate with them. Dance, move, and play to a variety of music with caring and experienced teachers. Our songs and activities help to promote balance, coordination, develop motor skills, and increasing vocabulary while offering each child freedom to explore in their own way. Props are used in class for additional sensory input and increased engagement.
If your child can walk, they can take this class!

Class Card: 8 Classes for $100 Cash / $105 CC

Family Yoga
All yogis and “yoginis” are welcome to join us for family yoga. This practice is creative, engaging, and a perfect experience for fortifying family relationships, to meet others, and to have fun in a relaxed atmosphere.
