Summer Camp FAQ

Q: Can I stay and watch my child while they are in their camp classes?
A: Yes, parents are welcome to stay during their child’s classes. We know some students may struggle being on their own in class, particularly with the Pre-K/K age group.

Q: I registered my child for the wrong week/I need to change which weeks I registered my child for/I want to add more cam weeks for my child. How can I fix that?
A: Please email us, and we can easily correct or add to your registration form. No need to submit additional forms or information to us. Also, as long as the week you are changing to is the same price, for example moving from one Pre-K/K camp to another, then your payment is still correct and requires no changes.

Q: I can no longer attend a week I have registered my child for and already paid. Can I receive a refund?
A: Yes, as long as your child has not attended any of the camp days in the week you are withdrawing from and you have informed us within one (1) week of the camp’s start date, you are eligible for a full refund. If your child has attended some of the days that week, you are eligible for a partial refund. A $25 withdrawal fee will be subtracted from your refund amount for all withdrawals.

Q: I registered my child for a camp week but have not paid. Is their spot secured?
A: No. Spots within any camp week are not fully secured without payment. If we have not received payment from you by one (1) week before the first day of their camp week, the spot will be open to other students. If a camp week is fully booked, the spot will be given to another student waiting for an opening and your child will be unable to join that week.

Q: I registered my child for multiple camp weeks, but cannot afford to pay for all of their camp weeks upfront. Can I pay for one week at time?
A: Yes. You are welcome to pay for one camp week at a time. Please save or bookmark the checkout link provided to you to easily pay for each week at your own pace. We will apply each payment to each week registered for chronologically.
