Birthday Parties

We offer a variety of packages for your or a loved one’s special day! Each package gives you access to our beautiful 3200 square foot space where you can celebrate and enjoy your special occasion. Every party can be customized to fit exactly what you’re looking for.

Street shoes are not permitted inside the studio; only in the lobby. Party goers can wear anything comfortable to move in and may wear socks, dance shoes, or be barefoot. Families provide their own paper goods, decorations, and tablecloths for our rectangular tables. Many families order pizza or bring cake. We have a fridge/freezer, cutting knife and matches. Any song requests, themes, or early drop-off of supplies can be coordinated with our office staff. See FAQs below.

 

Rental Agreement Form

All Birthday Party Hosts choosing Package One will need to fill out a Rental Agreement Form before being able to host their party at the studio. This is our general form we use for all studio space renters, when activities are not directed by our staff. Please download and complete the form. You can email it to us at info@heartinmotionstudio.com or drop it off in person before your event.


PACKAGE ONE

Includes: 3 hours of space (including set up & clean up), host at desk, basic amenities (state of the art sound system, water, toiletries, WiFi, fitness props, yoga mats, chairs). Party renters are responsible for all activities.

Price: $350

$50 for extra half hour, $100 for extra hour

PACKAGE TWO

Includes: 90 Minutes for the Party itself plus 1 hour for set up & clean up (2.5 hours of space total), Host at desk, basic amenities (state of the art sound system, water, toiletries, WiFi, fitness props, yoga mats, chairs) Party Leader for themed movement & activities, up to 15 guests ($10 for each additional guest after 15). Parties are typically “drop & go,” where parents drop off their children with the hosting family. This allows for the guests to follow the party leader and have the best experience possible. 90 minute parties are strongly recommended for Pre-K/K, since the dance portion of the event is about one hour.

Price: $450

 

PACKAGE THREE

Includes: 2 Hours for the Party itself plus 1 hour for set up & clean up (3 hours of space total), Host at desk, basic amenities (state of the art sound system, water, toiletries, WiFi, fitness props, yoga mats, chairs) Party Leader for themed movement & activities, & up to 15 guests ($10 for each additional guest after 15). A 2 hour party length is not suggested for children under 7 years old. The dance portion of the event is one hour, so many parents include another activity they provide for 2 hour parties such as a craft, photo booth, or karaoke. HeART can provide karaoke for you for an additional fee of $75 as an add-on.

Price: $500

 

*Note: Once you reserve your date, we will send you an invoice of $100 to save your date. Your balance will be due the day of your party.

Additional time for setup or party length beyond what is included in the above packages is $50 per half hour or $75 per hour
