Space Rentals

Interested in renting space for your event or rehearsal?
We offer several different packages and prices to fit your needs for our beautiful space, with a max capacity of 225, capable of serving any themed event or class.

Not every date and time will be available due to our ongoing classes.
More time slots are available midday during the week or after 2 pm on weekends.

Please note that unclean street shoes are not permitted inside the studio. A $50 cleaning fee will be added if street shoes that are not clean are worn.

Rental times include ALL hours in the space, including your setup and cleanup. For example, if you have a 60 minute rehearsal, but need 30 minutes of time beforehand to setup, your rental would be 90 minutes.

Rental Packages

Some amenities are included with every package at no extra charge or early preparation:
Sound system that connects to any device, USB-C and Lightning dongles/adapters, two bathrooms,
water, and a spotlight for specialized lighting. If your rental requires a wireless microphone, an additional $20 fee will be added to your rental.

All studio renters are required to fill out an agreement form.

Rehearsal & Class Packages

Fees due 24 hours before your rental. This will be emailed to you, unless you notify us that you prefer to pay by cash or check upon arrival. You may also chose to pay your invoice by Venmo.

Additional Fees for ongoing rentals
to store supplies and small items needed for your rental: $25/month

Our collection of folding chairs can also be used upon request for an additional fee of $25.

Amenities: We have 16 metal chairs. We also have 30 miscellaneous chairs (17 high top stools, 9 metal folding chairs, 4 chairs with air rests) and 3 rectangular tables.

Marketing: All ongoing weekly renters will be given one complimentary marketing email as a gift from HeART. We do not provide this for one time renters. If you would like to start a program and are new to the space, we will create a campaign for your special event including an e-blast and social media post/story for an additional fee of $25, if you can provide us with the artwork and a course description.

Booking: Once you reserve your rental date, we will send you an invoice to save your date. Your balance will be due at that time, typically 2 weeks before your rental. If your date is sooner than 2 weeks, your invoice is due upon receipt.
